I returned the same intact along with tags & receipts within 2-3 days of recieving it. The person thre insisted that I couldn't just return it....I was forced to buy something for the same price. 2 days back I went there to look at dresses & when I asked about the exchange policy, I was told that there is no exchange policy on dresses, that they are final sale. I walked out without buying. Will not be going ther again

They were going out of their way to help the other ladies in there, yet when I went to ask for help the lady that worked there was constantly rushing the other way. When I finally asked her for help she just told me where to find it and brushed me off without actually helping. As soon as an older customer came into the store she was more than willing to greet them with all smiles and was very excited to help her. I will NOT be going back into that store. I understand that I am younger than your typical customers, BUT that does not mean I don’t have money.

She made me so happy to let me know that the petite wool coat (red) that they had my size !! And never tried on , even better ! So with this COVID going on ! No one can go in stores, only curb side pick up ! I had called the store to see if they were open for curb side pick up after January 14th and there were no answer and I was so disappointed ? So Paulette called me Friday morning the 15th to say that there opened for curb side pick up! Now I do have to say she has gone above and beyond !??? Thank you : Jacqueline
J	Janet Kauk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff are. An associate gave me her complete attention while I was shopping for accessories to go with my dress. I have always had a good experience shopping at Laura's. Love this store.
J	Jelena R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had I completed this review 2 years ago the staff and experience would have received 5 stars. Unfortunately today this was not the case. We were turned back from half into the store to sanitize hand (I really wonder if you truly can follow every customer to do that or do you just target certain ones. In this stage stores do not enforce hand sanitizing any longer so it just seemed rude. Instead of asking customers to sanitize hands maybe you should offer more help). This was followed by the rude comment when asked about shapewear that store carries it but not in plus size - I have never told you my size so why did you assume it was a plus? You should never ever make that assumption even if obvious. I have tried fair amount of dresses which was followed by a rude comment that I will am trying every dress in the store. Once I picked a dress and purchased it (well over $150) it was thrown into a bag inside out!?!? Not folded not turned, just thrown whole still inside out as I handed it to the sales associate as I was trying to look at some other stuff. We came back half an hour later and I asked if a different dress was on sale and a different sales associate rudely said no this is our most popular dress it never goes on sale. Meanwhile they only had one in store. This salesperson (very tall woman) was even ruder than the other one. Unfortunately this is the only Laura store that we have left in KW so I’ll probably be forced to shop there again but I cannot forget the different experience I had over the years at Laura in Fairview mall or Pennington’s just a few doors down. I will possibly making a call and complaint to the head office.
