★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Cleo sunrise plaza , Kitchener a couple days ago. I had some questions and wanted to talk with one of the employees there. One of the employees named Joyce, picked up the phone and she was incredibly rude and not nice!!!! If this the way that Cleo company treat customers , I'm very sorry and will tell all my family and friends to do not shop from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife loves this Cleo outlet. It's a large box store with plenty of selection. The staff is very helpful and the main staff have been there for years. They get to know you by name and your style of clothing. This makes the buying experience more personal and satisfying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favourite Cleo locations due to its size. There is SO much room and I don't feel claustrophobic like other locations. The sales people here are really friendly, they let you know about the latest promo but they aren't pushy about it.
Maybe it's because of the size of the place but I find my size here a lot easier than other locations. I think they have a slightly bigger petites section too, I could be wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are super helpful! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and given time to solo browse. A staff member saw me circling a dress and appropriately hyped it up. She showed me some similar items as well as petite items (I'm short, so finding clothes for shorties is brilliant) and I tried everything on in their giant change room. I love that they get your name and call you by your name during the whole time in the shop, such a nice personal touch. One of the items I wanted was out of stock in my desired size, but it was no biggie as they ordered it in for me. I went in expecting to browse but walked out with a great new selection of summer clothing.
