★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a funeral to go to and had to get a quick pair of pants. I was able to find them quick. Prices are like $60-80 for a pair of pants. There is always a deal on so always check their site for coupons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called into the store less than an hour before they closed. The employee found the product i was looking for and reserved it for me until I got there. I wish I knew her name so she could get the recognition she deserves but sadly i did not ask for it. A+ service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of time and effort spent attempting to obtain my receipt I was offered to be sent via email the day I went into to purchase work scrubs . Customer contacted them twice get a response then no further contact , visit Kitchener location to explain situation so I can make a return . The first thing you encounter when entering store is employee standing at doors to greet you with the message they will be closing in 25 min to every customer that enters the store not very welcoming or appropriate perhaps over head page upon getting closer to closing time . Then I’m told since I have no receipt I’m going to get store credit so due to no fault of my own I am to be penalized for the stores error. I suggest everyone get paper copy of receipts so you don’t encounter nightmare I had trying to make a return which you think store would have record of via triangle card my MasterCard statement or anything for that matter. Speaking with customer service impossible to get straight answer or response in a reasonable amount of time . Better records need to be in place to show that in fact I never received my email receipt and the customer shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to obtain one to make a return of merchandise in perfect condition with tags still attached .Can say with certainty I will no longer be Mark’s customer after this …
