★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of things on sale. The store is really packed with product which makes it hard to keep a safe distance of 2 metres from unmasked shoppers. I am not impressed with self checkout. I prefer a person for a cashier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Was told it will take 40 minutes for tire change. After 40minutes of appointment, they told me that they have faulty tires. And gave me other company tire, i wanted to get it done, so agreed to that. And then i was told it will take 40minutes to do tire change and breaks. After 2hours, when i asked the status, then i came to know that they dont have all parts available and waiting for parts to arrive. Had to cancel 2 of my other appointments. Wasted 3hours. No apology, will never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to buy standing fan and barbecue pot. We found different varieties and staff was very helpful to find products from different sections. We have seen many different products in one place. There are many options available too with good offers and prices.
I would not recommend to buy from this store but you can compare with different stores. It is up to you.

I arrive and go in, only to be told the tires were apparently not on the truck? They weren't coming and had to be ordered again and had to book another appointment.
Nobody could be bothered to call and let me know not to come and waste my time?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store to get a pair of hiking boots that were on sale. I wound up in the sports section of the store. I asked a lady that was in that section if she could help me. I didn't get her name but she manager on her tag. She went out of her way to help me. My size wasn't there and she radioed to see if anyone knew were they were. No luck, so I went to the next size up. They fit fine. I'm 72 so it meant a lot to me that she was so helpful and she should be commended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is good. I found some really good quality stuff there.. all the year round you'll get sale offers.. if you look for offers and don't need to buy urgent products then it's a good place for you.. but sometimes the prices go really up!
Mostly there are good quality products that attracts me. They have a great return policy too.. there were some occasions when I lost my invoice and they didn't bother at all ?..

The store was clean and organized. Great location!
