B	Burkowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was trying to replace a light fixture but there was no help near aisle 41. Finally, a floor attendant sent out a call for someone to appear. I waited for an additional 5 minutes: no one appeared. The total amount of wasted time was over 10 minutes and I realized that driving the extra distance to Home Depot would have taken only five minutes! This is not the first time, this has happened. It is a big store and the people on the floor are helpful, but only IF you can find them.
D	Diane Furlong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The assist manager in parts couldn't have been more helpful in explaining how the charging station worked. I was amazed at how easy it was. Thanks and ketos to them. Nice comfortable lounge to relax in while I waited for charge.

Your in-store computer, however, said it was out of stock and to speak to an associate. We went to the customer service desk to ask and were immediately yelled at by a lady named Grace to go check out at a till. This woman was outright hostile and should never have been entrusted with customer relations, as her demeanor reflects poorly on your location. We abandoned our cart and immediately left the store after this woman refused to order the item in question for pickup. Terrible customer service rendered by inept employees is not what we have come to expect from the Canadian Tire name.

The receptionist was polite and the waiting area was clean. I called another Canadian Tire in Kitchener and I was told I had to leave my car for the day, plus they were booked until June, so I called in Waterloo and got a quicker appointment. I will definitely go back to change over my tires again and service for the winter...
B	Ben Tight on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the newest, nicest, cleanest and brightest Canadian Tire in the area. Certain stores seem to have a personalized touch to the products that they carry. I haven't shopped here enough to figure this location out but I was able to stock up on the supplies I was looking for that day. Have a bigger selection of hats with a variety of sizes now that it's summer would have been appreciated. At the time the stock seemed mostly limited to different variations of fishing hats that all seemed to be the same, non adjusting size. Anyway, your day will likely be brightened with a visit to this location.

During the time of my car inspection, I explored the store and surprised to see the store collections. You can find pretty much everything here. It's huge in size.
