This location is awful. Any of the times we have gone to it not only do we end up not receiving our entire order (last time a $10 chicken sandwhich was missing and they wouldn’t pick up their phone when we called when we arrived home), but staff are ignorant. Whenever you go through the drive thru you sit and wait for a good 5 minutes waiting for someone to come on the speaker - the last couple of times I had to honk my horn in order to get someone to take my order. Went tonight at 10:25 and their doors were locked and nobody answered the drive thru speaker when the restaurant closes at 11pm (several people were trying to get their orders taken). New management is desperately needed.

I’m so discouraged I showed up 10 minutes before the mall was closing and they wouldn’t serve me told me, that they were closed. There was literally a lineup of people waiting who would’ve purchased Taco Bell and they just told them all to go away.

I understand when places get busy it gets slow but this is ridiculous. There was less than 2 customers when I got to the store and by the time I got my order I didn’t even want it and there were over 10 other customers now in the store. As someone who works in the food industry this was ridiculous treatment. My partner was trying to order and was shushed while speaking. The drive thru was packed and being ignored. A woman came into complain after waiting with 3 others in drive thru no response. This service if you could even call it that was terrible. The owner should seriously consider restaffing.

I had ordered bean box and specifically asked them twice while picking up my food. I took two bites of one of the items and it was beef. I am a pure vegetarian and these people made me eat meat. They are not even picking up my phone. This is very irresponsible of the employees. This led to me puking for a long time. Action needs to be taken against the person who made and served me this food. And give me a refund for my item. I am really agitated and I really hope no one else needs to face it.

Absolutely pathetic customer service! I was there to order some pick up food and the lady at front counter she was not ready to greet nor she was even looking at me and ignoring me, i felt so humiliated and not only me there were few other people standing there for their orders they all complaining about it too. And giving excuses to customers that we are busy. It literally looked like the lady at front was on weed or something she looked high and other employee was entertaining her instead of taking care of customers. This is so ridiculous and i am so disappointed never gonna visit here again and gonna tell my family and friends about not going here at all!

Worst fast good experience of my life - which is saying something. Ordered from a poster beside the cash advertising $5.00 items. After paying we looked at the receipt and saw that we had been charged more than $5.00 for every item. When we asked cashier about the discrepancy he said that the promotion was over. We insisted on paying the advertised price. A manager offered us an extra item instead; we insisted on the advertised price. The cashier slowly and grumpily redid our bill and reprocessed the payment. When we got home, one item was missing and two items were wrong (with both mistakes we were given cheaper items). The food, like the service, was terrible. This was only my second experience at Taco Bell, and will be my last.

Are you trying to kill off Taco Bell? You're basically thieves at this point. The burritos are literally less than half the size they were a year ago. I can hide it entirely in my hand. It's more wrap than it is filling. This isn't an exaggeration. We also paid for extra meat on our fries. You never give the exte meat. Ever. Is permanently losing a customer worth the pennies you save? The image shown is after I had torn off a huge layer of wrap. It was STILL more wrap than filling. Im going to contact corporate about this. It would be a shame to see another shut down.

Top notch, easily the best managed KFC/ Taco Bell Franchise around. Staff is always friendly and attentive to order taking. I very rarely have to wait to place an order. Other food establishments (even outside this franchise) could learn from this location.
