D	D K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW.. and not a good wow!! We used to go here all the time, but now it becomes less and less appealing. While some of the workers are nice and polite, others might be quite rude and judgemental (both males and females). We usually order triple pork and original poutine with extra chicken on top. Every time we go, the amount of meat they give decreases. Here are the pics for wow sized meet add ons that we picked up the other day. If this is a wow size, I wonder what smaller size chicken add on looks like? 3 tiny pieces? Seems like they intentionally put less product when you ask for the order to go...

Great selection of various poutine and having sampled multiple flavors from friends I would say it's all good. Prices are a touch on the high end, but most people aren't going to care about that at 2 am. In terms of being open for the bar rush at 2 am, great! Keeping the bathroom locked and closed for said rush... not so great and that's an easy star off. I get it's a pain to deal with a bunch of drunk folk using the bathroom after the bar rush, but considering the (appropriate) wait for that rush, it's a pretty far cry from convenient. Especially for the ever-patient designated driver...

I got the Chicken and Waffles styled poutine and it was amazing (still have leftovers for late :D). It was really nice to see that the restaurant was taking the necessary precautions and I felt completely safe. 9/10 food and 10/10 service :)
L	Lindsay Hebert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with my order from this location. Ordered the buffalo chicken poutine. The gravy was super watered down. My fries were basically swimming in this very unflavored sauce you'd call gravy. Won't be going back here.

They gave 2 free drinks as an apology for the till being down because I purchased 2 poutines. Which was so nice of them to do. I was eyeing the merch and the the lady asked what size I was. She gave me a free T-Shirt with their logo on it! Amazing customer service and super friendly! Highly recommend!
E	Ellorah McGinnis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m pretty sure it was this location, but one time I left a special note for this restaurant when I ordered poutine from them and I asked if they could please be sure to leave less chunks of fat, as it kind of grossed me out the time prior. No, I haven’t had a perfect order every time, but that last time was DELICIOUS, and they even sent a note to me along with my food acknowledging the issue in the past and apologizing for my experience! They fixed their mistake and actually took it into account. For that alone, it gets 5 stars from me. Exceptional customer service! The food is obviously a bonus too. It’s the only poutine place I’ll eat from and there’s so many options!
