β β β β β Every employee I dealt with was very nice and accommodating, I had no concerns at all with the service itself. However the tailoring left A LOT to be desired. Even after asking about the fit of my jacket multiple times they told me "that's just how they fit" and I must say on my wedding day I was incredibly disappointed with how the jacket fit me. Be sure to advocate for yourself heavily if you go here for anything custom.

β β β β β Went in today to buy some items for my children's convocation ceremonies. Heidi was fantastic. We got all the items we wanted plus more..... Great salesperson...The store has a variety of items....I especially liked the assortment of ties.... Some good jackets as well...

β β β β β The service at this store is amazing. Jane, I presume a manager, was very helpful in finding the tight pair of shoes. Gave her honest opinion, didnβt pressure us at all, and spent so much time with us even though all we bought were shoes. The other staff were super kind as well.

Her knowledge and sense of style were essential in my purchase of two suits and an assortment of shirts and ties. Bravo Moores, for keeping such a valuable asset during these difficult years. If she is not due for a promotion soon, she should be.

β β β β β Big thanks to Jane for your amazing help this weekend!!!! My boyfriend (Shane) and I came in last minute to find him an outfit for Ξ± wedding we had just in Ξ± few hours of arriving at Mooreβs!
Jane helped us get what we needed as quick as possible! Canβt thank you enough for your amazing help and customer service!!!!! (Not sure what I would have done without your help lol!!!)
Would highly recommend this location and especially Jane!!!!!

Fantastic, kind and compassionate service (and now he's going to look better than I will ...). I absolutely recommend this location and its staff.
