★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst doctors and worst front staff. No management. They can lie you about your appointment. Try not to visit these crooks.
I went to doctor for a dog bite incident. He didn’t even see the area, just told me that someone would call me. Its been an year and No calls.
Now I got call to visit them for my test results, its 3rd time that they cant take me because they are already full even I showed up before their appointment time.
Moreover, it’s always the extensive wait time of 2-3 hours, when doctors give patient max 2-5 minutes.
Waterloo should have better walk-ins. If that happens these guys would be out of business in NO time. I wish it happens soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overbooked Clinic, less doctors. Hour of waiting, but no appointment. Less waiting time for covid tests.
Recommended to book an appointment and come later. Staff is helpful, but if you're in pain - it's best to come early and book..
The doctor seemed pretty experienced and diagnosed me within 20s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wait is long, but staff are friendly. The doctor I saw was really helpful. He was efficient, but thorough in his questions and care. He sent me for xrays and had me come back the next day for him to read them and provide follow up care.

Our experience from the moment I called them with a question, setting up an appointment and to the extra-care they took with my aunt and her particular situation had us very impressed. My aunt's situation was not a "normal" walk in clinic type situation, but due to some changes with her family doctor we had no choice but to come to a walk in clinic. They acknowledged the special situation and really treated my aunt with such care and concern. Walk in clinic experiences can sometimes not be the best, but nothing but good things to say about the entire staff at this clinic. Thanks for caring!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I RECOMMEND ALL PATIENTS TO VISIT THIS CLINIC. I went to a clinic in my home town and had to wait so long, only to be told I need to get an over-the-counter medication. I came to waterloo and visited this clinic, and got the best help ever! The doctors took their time in assessing my reason, the staff were caring and considerate. If anyone deserves 5 stars, it would be this clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Mall was really helpful and so was Samena and both were so kind and patient enough to help me with the invoice and the Medical note that was required by my Insurance to reimburse me. Everyone there really nice. Do recommend to visit here.
The only recommendation i would give is to may be give little extra time to patient or to hear what they have to say so that patient feels satisfied too but overall i had a good experience and well treated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been visiting this walk-in clinic every two weeks since February 2019. The staff are all great and kind, and do their absolute best to answer any questions you may have.
Dr. Austin Mall is the doctor I've been seeing during my time there and he is without a doubt one of the absolute best doctors I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and being in the care of. He's incredibly friendly and accommodating and, also, quite the funny guy. If you're in his care rest assured that you'll be well taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Price and customer service especially for Covid PCR travel testing ... 75 no tax regular & 150 express test no tax .. We have been there for express covid test and the experience was amazing , entire team is very hardworking and responsive . We had some issues with the report and they were very proactive to correct the same *** Thumbsup for making travel testing affordable and easy for ppl *** keep up the good work - Rex supervisor is very helpful !!
