★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 2 grilled chicken sandwiches on sept25 2021, it was so messed up, the toppings were all over the place as soon as we opened the wrappers, the grilled chicken was so rubbery, did not expect such standards from Harveys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was just a terrible experience. I asked for an original and a veggie. I got two originals then I watched as they recycled the extra original and put it back into the little plastic drawer even though it had been in contact with cheese . They then cooked my veggie and used the bun and cheese from the extra original. Customer service 0.0. Food handling 0.0 . Food safety 0.0. Sorry this is pretty harsh but this is what happened .

Even during the pandemic their washrooms were open.
I am delivery driver and bought food from them recently. Because it was extremely hot outside, I asked them for ice...
The lady quickly gave me two large glasses, one full of ice and the other full of water...
I ran out of words to thank her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service here. Placed an order online, just to be told to line up at the cashier to place my order again? Showed them the confirmation number just for the lady working the ingredients section to TELL my boyfriend and I we ordered the original burger THREE TIMES and told us we ordered one burger? When we placed two orders and her manager gave her our two separate receipts? Why did I have to place my order online when I had to go in store anyways and deal with this bs. Why is your employee telling me what I ordered? Just ridiculous. This is just my receipt posted. Go get your free burger from the Raps win but be ready to deal with this annoying service.
