This travel clinic is great!! Dr. Patel was so friendly and kind. He answered all of our questions and wasn't in a hurry. Our daughter was really nervous about getting needles and he was very quick with the needles, encouraging, and understanding. He even gave her a lollipop to help take her mind off the situation. We were very very impressed!! The secretary was really friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back to this clinic for further travel needs!!

Dr. Patel and his staff were so friendly and professional. It was easy to book a COVID test online for my upcoming travel and the results were quick which eased my mind in knowing they would for sure be back in time for my flight. They were quick, efficient and so friendly and it made for a really easy experience! Highly recommend if you are travelling!

I am so impressed with the UW Travel Clinic! The team was very helpful, they went above and beyond to be sure that we had everything we needed. Travel is stressful in these changing times but the UW Clinic made this part of the journey easy as can be. The tests were back even earlier than they promised. I will never again go to a discount lab with all of the hassles and never being able to reach a human to ask questions.

This clinic provided an excellent service for a travel covid PCR test. Dr. Patel did the test himself and called quickly with the result which was really great and removed a lot of worry. Travel right now is quite stressful and having all the documentation perfect and not worrying about it gave me great peace of mind. I returned to the US with zero problems clearing all the flight and border checks. Would recommend and use this service again. Thank you!!

Dr. Patel is a great doctor and an even better person. He was professional and very helpful with our PCR tests last month. Dr. Patel was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to help me last minute. He was very generous and friendly and I would certainly recommend him to anyone!

Edit: I've been called and asked to remove this review as it is specifically for the business named "The Medical Clinic" at the same address. However, both offices are affiliated and when you search for TheMedicalClinic you are brought directly here. Therefore I'm leaving this up, but I do agree that it's fair me to make this distinction more clear. Greedy and money obsessed doctors. Have been with them for over 5 years as family doctor. Shortly after joining they began charging for nearly any service, including simply responding to emails or calls unless you paid the "optional" $260+/year fee. She's been late to multiple appointments and always double books so you frequently wait well passed your appointment time. In addition it's extremely difficult to get appointments, her staff only answers the phone for a few hours each day and she's off on vacation for what seems like every other week. Have ended up with appointments with other doctors multiple times as it's so hard to get in. What's the point of a family doctor if you're just going to get traded off? Have had them "forget" to send out a referral for a specialist and another time had them refer my wife for the wrong condition while she was pregnant. She had a potential pregnancy complication and needed a referral, but was instead was referred for a knee x-ray (completely unrelated issue from well before the pregnancy). Hard to find family doctors, but we finally have gotten completely fed up with the greed and terrible service. We'll take our chance with any other walk in clinic.
