A	Amy Schultz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went to this travel clinic to receive vaccinations and medical advice for our trip to the Dominican. We were not sure what to expect, as neither of has has ever been to a travel clinic before. We usually went to our doctor or another health professional. We were very pleased with the level of service we received by the travel nurse who was working there. She was very kind and hones with us, she explained to us clearly and with great details the medications we would need for the trip and why. She was upfront about the cost and why one medicine varies from the other and the different options we had. We felt very secure and safe in her capable hands, as she proved to be very knowledgeable of the medicines and their potential side effects. She was very kind and welcoming! She made us feel comfortable and at ease. We will/would definitely visit this clinic again in the future for all our consultation needs. We highly recommend using this service when you are planning your travels!

I went into the clinic having no idea of the vaccinations I needed and she was able to advise and talk me through everything. She reminded us to check our student coverage as it would cover most of the costs. She was patient with us as we were checking our coverage even though our time for the appointment was running out. She even called us letting us know she could extend the office hours to accommodate our schedule. Very flexible and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing travel vaccinations.

I never felt pressured by her for inoculations ... rather she took time to explain, discuss and accept my decisions. She was a joy to be with and I left feeling well prepared for my travels. I was helped by Pamela who was very knowledgeable about the recommended immunizations and prescriptions. She took the time to educate me on what immunizations I needed and how long they last. As someone who is anxious about needles, she made me feel very comfortable and my appointment was complete in no time. I would recommend Passport Health to anyone who needs travel health advice and/or immunizations.

Our doctor was very courteous and informative. She really took the time time to explain all of our options and vaccine recommendations. They also provided a very detailed travel information packet with tailored health and safety guidelines for all of the places we are visiting which we found very helpful. We’re extremely happy and pleased with the service. We tried other travel clinics in the past (Toronto and London) yet this is by far our favourite one. Would highly recommend!

I only docked 1 star because I found the injection could have been better, it was a tad more painful than anticipated (but totally bearable).
