Mat did a Fantastic job on finding the perfect house for his clients and was able to Win the Property over Multiple offers. He was also able to Negotiate a Great Price in the process.
As a Mortgage Broker, I really appreciated how Mat was always immediately available to answer any questions I had regarding the Purchase of the property. Not only did he help us buy our place in Waterloo in 2016 when we moved there for university, but he helped us sell it in 2021 when we graduated and were ready to move again. He was extremely helpful, listened to exactly what we wanted, explained everything to us as new buyers/sellers, responded quickly to email, and was just overall great to work with. Once we decided to sell he helped us get on the market within about a week, and then it was sold a week later! I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the KW/surrounding areas. Though it took us a while to find the right place for us, Mat was there every step of the way. Once we did find our house, he did a great job making sure we were locking in our first home.
If you want someone willing to go above and beyond, keep you updated, and actually cares, you've found the guy.
