★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a dishwasher. It was switched to an older model when my wife picked it up compared to the model she had originally purchased. We didn't realize until after we had finished installing it. Kind of shifty, but thought maybe it was a misunderstanding and the dishwasher DID work.
After a week or two, the latch on the soap dispenser was kind of flaky. My wife and I both called, e-mailed, and visited the location multiple times over a 3-month period. She always said her husband was on holiday or vacation and that the soap dispenser worked fine when they tested it and that I needed to send her photos of the soap dispenser. I sent her photos, waited for her husband's vacation to be over, and explained that I didn't want a refund or a discount, I just wanted to ORDER a replacement part to fix the issue. But it didn't matter. At the end of every conversation, she said I had to wait for her husband to come back from vacation.
Unfortunately, the vacation never ended because I was never able to order that replacement part ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Margaret was compassionate, and a pleasure to do business with. We met just 3 days before Christmas, and I had lost all of our food when our fridge broke down. I picked something out, arranged delivery, and had a fridge before Christmas. Fridge was delivered to my door, and the old one removed.

We needed white glove service as we don’t live in Waterloo and didn’t want to burden our tenants with the logistics of needing a new washer. Price for a whole new washer and dryer was better then any box store, delivered and installed in one business day and a far better level of personal service then we anticipated. So happy we found this independently run business. Thank you so, so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered and was told a used washer was ready for me. When I arrived it was not clean or in any saleable condition. When questioned was told that they must have missed that...so disappointed with the new owners. Miss you Margaret, thanks for your many years of excellent sales and service.
