The shop is a complete mess, and you will not receive any customer service. Don't waste your time.
P	Peter Knezevici on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PC stopped working and was told it was the motherboard and had it replaced .. after getting home I realized the graphics card, the PC initially had, was missing and I only had integrated graphics. After returning to his shop he told me that he doesn't "remember" where it went when he repaired my PC and that I should buy another one for $80+tax .. buddy stole my graphics card and made it seem like I "misplaced" it so I could basically buy it back! Took advantage of me because of my lack of knowledge on PCs. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
S	Steve Riley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid $65 to have windows 10 installed on my laptop, next day it said that windows is not activated. I took it to another place and found out that the owner installs PIRATED windows. Would definitely not recommend.

Previously have bought two desk top computers from Michael. I have had no issue with either machine. The machines are built with quality. I have also bought upgrade parts and peripherals. Michael knows a lot about computers and can answer all your questions and supply you with good machines, service and parts. I will continue to deal with Michael and PC Shop Computers and will be ordering a new desk top for my grand daughter.
B	Bonnie Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my computer to him because it kept crashing. I paid $65 and he told me he fixed it and that it was as good as new. I got it home and I couldn't even sign in. I tried for quite a while but it just kept buffering. I brought it back the next day and he told me my hard drive was shot and I needed a new one. I told him it was still under warranty so I'll take it back and get it fixed where I bought it. I asked if I could get a refund considering I paid money to have a working computer and it wasn't working. He told me he wouldn't refund my money. I have been a regular customer of his for about 14 yrs but I won't be coming back. I just think this totally wrong. Shouldn't he be trying to keep his regular customers happy? I'm certainly not happy that I paid $65 for a computer that didn't even work.
