L	Lola Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to develop a disposable film camera, go anywhere else!! Henry's originally told me it would take 4-6 weeks (which is already a long time) then changed it to 6-8 weeks and kept extending the weeks every time I called asking for my pictures. I finally received them after 10 weeks too long. Other places I've called since then told me after printing film for 40 years, it should never take that long. Photo Master apparently prints them in three days, so I'd recommend going there.
r	rose Clark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into the store to buy a couple of things and wanted to know what the difference between two different brands of film and all I got was rude remarks back, I asked if they developed film and was told they only develop colour and I asked why and they rudely said no one shoots in black and white and after that I didn’t even wanna shop for anything else after I was talked down to just for wanting to buy black and white film. I initially went in to buy an almost $2000 camera I’ll take my business somewhere else.

A	Amelia Shaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I called back not to long ago today about a call I missed last week, asking if they called because my photos came in. I got a rude “okay?” in response. I didn’t think I’d have to explain to the lady that… that means I’m asking if my photos came in. I gave her my name, she checked for the photos and I was told “the sooner the better you come in cause we only keep them for a week.” So I said okay thank you & goodbye, she again replied with a rude “alright…” I just had to hang up. I also work customer service at my job and never have I spoken to someone like that or ended a call without asking if there was anything else I could help them with & a “thank you for calling, have a good day!” I was going to leave a bad review when I first went in too. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but I believe it was his boss who was not. I didn’t appreciate the atmosphere in the store, with the way he was speaking to the employees. A condescending tone and remark every time he said something to them or if they had a question.

The manager, Raf, is one of the nicest guy's you'll ever meet. My variable nd filter wasn't working properly, and they made sure I was taken care of. 5/5

Since I moved to the area, I thought I should give it a go. I am very glad I did that. Great staff, everyone is very helpful. I usually deal with David and he is great. When they need to order something, it always comes before the time they promised. So far usually the next day. The reason I gave 4 stars is the fact that they do not carry higher end pro products or they are not in stock. This forces me to go to Mississauga to "other" camera store. Bet at the end, great people, I highly recommend this location, they will take good care of you.
