★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so excited for this store to open as I've been to the Guelph location and always had the best experience! I went early before the Grand Opening but they served me and I had great service as usual. This is the best place to get any custom photo creations. They can do prints, mugs, photobooks, ornaments, even puzzles! I've ordered it all and have always been elated with the products! Do yourself a favour and check out this store. Best part is you are supporting local while getting great quality products and service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is amazing. They helped set up everything with my camera and gave me a basic tutorial in store. My daughter brought in her kid camera because she wanted to show a camera store that she had one, they made her feel so proud. They take the time to get to know you and make you feel part of the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for kids passport photographs. The team there is very patient and shot multiple photos for my kid. The last star missing is for the editing of the final photos. I did not like the editing of the pic they did but supposedly they don't have options due to the way the parents have to hold the babies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a 10 star review I totally would. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this place. I called another local photo place to get a last minute print before Christmas (today is Christmas Eve) however they weren't able to do the print for me. The original place I called recommend I call Kitchener Foto, they said they were excellent and super fast. I ended up calling and with in minutes they had my picture printed and even delivered it to me! Really impressed with the service! The man who answered the phone was super helpful and very friendly and the lady who dropped off the print was very nice. Thank you guys so much. You really saved me a lot of stress and time. I'm very thankful. Happy Holidays!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, educated staff are always helpful. They have a great selection of custom prints that are done in house, the best of which IMO is printing on metal. I've never seen prints look as sharp. I'm happy there is now a location in Kitchener to save me the drive to Guelph. Support local with this family run company. Lots of unique gift ideas with a personal touch.
