★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have notice several times when I come to this store, that there is some sneaky stuff that goes on behind closed doors. Holding products in the back till your friends show up to get the good stuff before it goes out on the floor. Seems like a BAD practice. Should keep an eye on some of your employees for this untrust worthy behaviour. PLEASE STOP DOING THIS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are all lovely, and it has some great finds, but the shop can definitely be improved.
There are no fitting rooms and clothing can only be exchanged for other items, no refunds or store credit. The prices are also quite high, with some items approaching the price of new despite being more than gently used.
I'll likely return, but only when I can't find what I'm hoping for at Goodwill or other actual charity shops.
