B	B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This goes out to the saturday crew this weekend - especially Nathaniel (hope I spelled correctly) I had 2 garbage bags of clothes come in and they said about an hour to sort through, when I got back out of the two bags they took 2 items (no big deal at all!) but I had a suspicion that I did not get all my clothes back. I did not want to assume but also didn't want to stress about it but about an hour later I received a call from Nathaniel who was filled with apologies, mentioning it was just behind something else and honestly - if that is something to ruin my day I have a lot more problems than this. I could tell when I dropped off clothes they were sooo busy! Things get misplaced. Things happen. I went in the next day where Nathaniel greeted me and had all my items perfectly folded in a bag ready to go. I really want to say thank you. Reading the one review below on how they didn't 'accept her coach items, stuff with tags etc'. It is a trend store, what fits the trends of today. The staff is not there to belittle anyone but go with what is on trend. Any who long rant but a very very kind thank you to the Saturday crew :)

I’ve been shopping & selling to This locations for over 3 years, but as of recent I have never encountered such horrible customer service from staff members. I’ve never had a problem till this year, I don’t know if it’s new untrained staff or new owners but this store is not worth your time! My last two trips, they said they would take almost everything I had but apparently there was an odour to them, I have always maintained washing/drying/steaming my clothes well before their newly enforced covid policy. So I was rather taken aback when they said this but I did as requested, again. They then, only took three items of what they had already selected. The lady serving me was increasingly rude. I came back a month or so later after another successful closet clean out. Same issue occurred but this time escalated, yay for me. The same worker was there and could not make eye contact as she had her subordinate male employee yell at me as I inquired why this was a constant recurrence when I know I went above and beyond their standards. I decided right then and there this place is not worth my/your time & money. For over two years the items they sell are not only lacklustre, but stained with deodorant stains, pulls, and missing crucial brands. Therefore, I haven’t bought from them but now, won’t even bring my stuff to try and sell. They said no to new Aritzia items…. Save yourself the afternoon, and headache. Plato’s has officially lost its touch!

You have 30 min to send money I was driving told them I was I was 5 min over and they said not yours moving on. I have spent 100s of dollars always pay and I’m very disappointed with their customer service. You should know the regulars and who buys. Really dissatisfied
E	Erin Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really confused with how you decide on the clothing you accept- especially after coming and checking this store out 3 times and seeing the clothing on the racks compared to all the brand name clean folded jeans I had brought in that were rejected and not folded at all as I had brought them in I should add) I had really great footwear (Dr Martins being 1 brand)and some spring jackets in perfect condition and out of 2 baskets full of stuff I brought in everything was tossed back in my basket except for a little tiny cropped tee??? No explanation either- do not understand at all how this works and then look at some of the stuff on racks that aren't even in that great of shape Why would all my great quality jeans be sent back and a couple high end purses I forgot to mention Doesn't make sense
K	Karen Clinton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales staff were rude. I brought in an entire selection of Genuine leather Coach handbags. Steve Madden handbags. Guess and Danier. All in amazing condition. Slight wear on some. Most I had included the storage cloth duster bags as well. But this is a store that purchases used goods right??. Not brand new goods. They were all rejected. They were thrown back in the bin without care. I was insulted as I love my handbags and take great care in them and storing them. Will never return to sell anything here. They dismissed me so rudely. In this day and age to be kind - they were not kind.
