★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have always enjoyed the selection of items here that they sell. I love that it is well organised which in comparison to other second hand baby clothing stores is not always the case. It does feel a little cramped inside but that is because there is so much selection. I have usually come with a certain goal in mind (onesie, sunhat, beanie, etc.) and left with other miscellaneous items. Would absolutely recommend this location to other parents or new to be parents.

After I made my purchase, dropped it off in the car and my 3 year old daughter, (who's potty training I might add) needed to use the washroom. The girl said the washrooms were closed. Who closes the washrooms at a children's clothing store? My daughter was visibly upset. They looked as if they did not care.
If it is a public place the washrooms should be open. Period. They are open everywhere. The second we got in the car she peed herself. So thank you for nothing, Once Upon a Child. I will definitely be taking this up with head office.
Please do better. I don't want to hear Covid as an excuse either. If Tim's and everywhere else can have their washrooms open. So can you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really helpful, welcoming and respectful staff. Store is well organized (which I’m sure would be really challenging given the massive amount of inventory). Them purchasing my clothes was very easy and fair. Wish I would have started with this sooner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Updating to 5 stars because I’ve noticed a big improvement over the last year or so, I’ve been coming here for 4 years and it’s my go to place whenever I need anything for the kids. I’ve also sold to them a few times and I like that it is almost always same day. I do find pants to be a bit too expensive, about $10 a piece. At that price I’d rather buy new since that’s the average price at a lot of mid-price-range stores. The problem with the pants is a lot of them are shrunken from improper washing, faded, stretched out elastic bands, and a few times I’ve bought them and once I got home find them with a hole here or there. One other funny thing is I bought kids shoes that turned out to be too small, had the sticker tag still on it from OUAC and when I brought stuff to sell, they said they were “too loved” so that’s a bit odd lol
All in all this is a really great affordable place to stock up your kids wardrobe. I can’t wait to see the new bigger store when they move!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly shocked by the amount of 5 star reviews. I have been shopping on and off at this location since it opened. Every few months I stop going because the customer service is lacking. I continue after some time has passed hoping they have hired new staff. New staff, same attitude.
The idea of reselling gently used clothing and children's items is amazing. Unfortunately, I don't feel like it's worth the trouble when staff belittle their customers. Do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large selection of baby and kids clothing for super reasonable prices. Lots of other used items as well such as books, strollers, diaper bags, high chairs, bath tubs, blankets, toys, baby gates, and other things. The staff is really nice and helpful. You can also sell your baby items here. There are also these large bins at the end of the store near the shoes where it is 10 for $10 (onesies basically from newborn to 12 months).
