★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I came in 2 hours after submitting my prescription, still wasn't ready. They said they'd put a rush on it and call me. I didn't get a call back so I followed up 2 hours later, they still hadn't started it. The lady I spoke to made me feel like I was annoying her for even asking about it. Very unfriendly, unhelpful, and slow. Switching pharmacies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this zero starts I would! Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! I couldn’t switch shoppers fast enough. Head office seriously needs to do an audit on this location. Stay away, it’s worth driving extra to a different location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very delay service they got my prescription from the doctor at 10:30. I reached to pick up arount 4:35. they told me the prescription will be ready after 15 mins i went back there after 20mins. But the medicine was not ready. They ask me to wait 10 to 15 minutes more. I never recommend to anyone this pharmacy.

There filing system must be a mess.
Often will give you generic brand even though you requested name brand.
There are lots of drug stores out there looking for your business. Find another one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst costumer service ever, the staff are terrible and the worst is the owner, the technician had handed me wrong number of pills, less 10 pills , the medication is not covered , expensive one and I paid for it.
Three days I was there to explain for them what the problem was. Their answer was WE WILL CHECK THE CAMERAS , to be sure what the technician put for you and how many pills you had given??
I can’t believe it
The fourth day the technician apologized and say you are right we did give you the wrong number of pills. So offensive. I wish if I can suing them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place today for my wife’s prescription medication. They have the worst customer service ever, the staffs are arrogant and rude and even insulting my English., when I caught her mistake. Instead of apology, she turned defensive and started to lie to me covering her fault and making up a wait time that she never mentioned before. This did not happen when I went to another shopper drug mart located on 1400 Ottawa St S
Canada in Sunrise mall, over there they provided me with a smooth transaction in respectful manner. Stay Away From This Location for the sake of your health!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I switched to forest glen shoppers pharmacy after moving as it was closer to me. I’ve been there for a few short months and the customer service is brutal on the pharmaceutical side of things. They are very rude and do not help you with any of your needs. I have never had a good experience here and always leave feeling frustrated and angry as no one should be treated that way. I have moved back to my original shoppers and can’t wait to experience good customer service again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give them zero stars if I could. I went to the pharmacy today to pick up my prescription and the man behind the counter was so rude and obnoxious that he got mad at me for asking basic questions about my dosage. I went to my car and opened the pack to see what had been handed off to me versus what I paid for and found out that they only gave me part of my prescription (zero communication about that to me). I went back and demanded to speak to the other lady and found out that I am supposed to come back for the rest of my prescription as they didn’t have enough but not explaining that to the clients and getting mad is convenient for some people I guess. I called him out to tell him that my questions were valid and his explanation didn’t make any sense to which he lamely said: I am busy over here. May be don’t take clients if you don’t have the patience to deal with them. This is so basic yet so frustrating.
