They are so much more than successful business owners they care so much about every single one of their customers. make you feel like family I wish more people would make the switch form the big box pharmacy to OTTAWA SOUTH COMPOUNDING PHARMACY. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service and knowledgable staff. The lady who helped me was very kind understanding and willing to adjust her schedule in order to quickly fill my prescription. I would highly recommend this compounding pharmacy. Also the prices seem very reasonable which is refreshing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was nervous moving from a small town to a bigger city, that I would just be a number lost in the crowd, but coming to Ottawa south Compounding was such a welcome surprise! I'm treated even better than in the small town, they know my name and I'm always greeted with a smile on the phone or in person. They've gone over and above for my prescriptions, and my dogs! They are the friendliest most helpful team and I'm grateful I can trust them with my medication care. They are super knowledgeable and always super quick. I highly recommend them!

They care deeply about their patents and took on part of the emotional load of medication switching and difficult doctors and while I KNOW I was THE most annoying high maintenance patient :p they always ALWAYS went above and beyond and never spoke to me as such. Thank you so much to the entire team, I wouldn't have made it through this all without you. Lots of love to you and yours ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptionally slow. Processed 7 people (5 vaccinations and 2 prescriptions) in an hour and a half. Limit of 2 people in the store at a time, so letting people sit inside while waiting for their prescription to be filled is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We left Grand River Cancer Centre at 5:30 pm, our home pharmacy was closing soon and they did not have 1 of our 3 new pain med products for my husbands severe cancer pain. We did not want him to have 1 more sleepless night so we called 4 different Shoppers Drug Mart asking who had in stock this particular medicine and we visited 2 other SDM pharmacies.
It was Zainah, a pharmacy assistant, at the Sunrise Centre who could do what the other 6 Shoppers could or would not do!
She got on their computer and found that Strasburg had the product my husband desperately needed and she instructed them to get the script transferred to them from our home pharmacy and fill it for us as we drove against time to get this.
Every pharmacy I called was asked the same thing with the detail that our cancer pt had been having excruciating pain and we wanted to find this that night so he wouldn't have to suffer another sleepless painful night.
YES 3 combinations worked and my husband could sleep and function the next day. It takes compassion and a little extra effort from staff to help out.
Thank you Zainah for going beyond what others wouldn't do and for helping us in this desperate situation. someone has hired a very caring and competent pharmacy assistant!
