★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First review because this is too far. Bad customer service some 40's lady embarssed me because i didnt have enough for the tax instead I suggest you teach your customers with respect and kindness when I walked away she even laugh to the bag dude 1/5 could give a zero if i can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lately I've been having really unfortunate experiences with the stockers there I'm assuming. Since the store has changed it takes me 10x longer to find the products I need. My mistake I guess, I ask any employee I can find to help me, and both times I have, been made to feel like I'm bugging them. The one time I went up to an older man and said ' excuse me, can you help me look for' and he walked right by , not even acknowledging me, I know he heard me cause I went right up to him. When I asked again he turned to look at me and just said ' I'm listening.' other guy I asked to help me find a sauce, he told me to stay in this aisle and look when he gets help, I kept checking for about 5 mins no word, went to check another aisle where I saw him just putting things away, when I asked ' oh did you find anything ?' he just said 'yea it's over here...' zehrs what are you doing to your employees where they can't even be bothered by anyone and look so grumpy?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look at the prepared food you're buying closely to ensure what you are buying. I bought a wrap today that was mislabeled and only noticed the mistake after taking a bite. I have food allergies as well, and the wrap contained things I cannot eat. These careless mistakes can put peoples health at risk and the store should pay closer attention. Completely unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too big and hard to find things quickly. Maybe include an online map of the store? So people can plan routes and not end up buying things we dont need(junk food lol)
Nice store though. Really helpful and kind staff. Will have to frequent the location more to know the layout

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food selection but prices are fairly high.
Checkout process was fairly quick but the cashier and two packers had a complete conversation during my checkout without engaging me except to ask for payment. Items were also packed haphazardly (soft items on the bottom and heavier items on top). Having worked as a cashier at Zehrs as a teen, I learned how to pack and am considerably picky on how my items are packed and because of that I don't mind packing them myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been shopping at this Zehrs, since it was built. Many of friends worked here in High school. It still feels like a local market to me. Nothing but the freshest ingredients, amazing selection. Love the delhi, and hot food counter. Staff are wonderful, and always willing to help. This past Christmas, they went into the back to dig up a turkey big enough for me and my family. Talk about service! The only downsides, are the Optimum points program sucks now, barely ever get points on groceries, and the prices aren’t going down at all. Second most expensive grocery store in town.
