★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to LOVE this pharmacy! I would recommend this place to all my friends and family, but something has changed recently. The Pharmacist and staff have been short, rude, and at times condesending. I'm not sure what has happened to make this change-but it is remarkable!
Super sad to say, but we may be making the switch to a new pharmacy asap!

My wife had PUPPP rash and she was very uncomfortable without medi and her OB gave compounding meds, which they made it available to us at very short notice and my wife is much relieved.

Why change something if its not broken. I will always come here as long as we live in Kitchener/Waterloo area. Thanks for always helping my family :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good in-person service but their communication to patients and their drivers regarding delivery could really be improved. I had a hard time getting them to get my order right for delivery. They ended the call before I could remind them to include two over the counter medications I needed. As a result I spent the long weekend in a lot of pain.
Didn't bother calling back as they said they wouldn't deliver twice. Plus, that was the *second* time I called them to fill my order. They should be offering delivery in the first place, and filling/gathering all medications requested instead of saying they're maybe check later/to just come in. Some of us are not well enough to do so.
My first experience with their delivery - they sent the wrong address to the driver, so the driver and I had a very hard and stressful time connecting. They also didn't inform me that the driver would call without caller ID and spam call me 8 TIMES IN A ROW within 2 minutes when I'm on a work call. Drivers and pharmacy sould be checking in with *each other*; it should not be the responsibility of the patient to fix clerical and order errors.
Edit: As mentioned is was a miscommunication between pharmacy and driver - driver was given wrong address.
