Tim was an excellent communicator and was professional at every turn. He made it simple and straight forward. When we had questions, he replied quickly and really got to the root of the question. At one point, we had an approval at a great rate and were excited to move forward. He proactively came to us with an even better rate and we are now saving thousands of additional dollars. Due to the high volume of mortgage applications, we weren't hearing back from the bank where we initially applied. I got in contact with Tim initially to learn about him and what he could offer, and to consult on the type of mortgage to get. He was really responsive and honest and extremely knowledgeable. After a few weeks of not getting any news from the bank, we decided to apply with Tim. We could not have made a better decision.
