He is responsive to inquiries and always calls back in case he is busy. Not only that, he took my calls during weekends and beyond working hours too. During the finalization of my mortgage he negotiated with lenders to secure me an unbelievable deal. He worked hard and put in extra hours late beyond midnight to get the documentation completed as I had to close the transaction in a very short time. He also advised me on a timely basis regarding bank holidays so that my closing would not be affected. Overall, I'll say that my experience with Mitesh was excellent and without him my closing would not have been possible and I couldn't expect anything more from any other agent.

He went out of his way to explain how the process worked, answer oddball questions and didn't try to sell us more than we wanted.
