I called the office about a payment issue and talked with Jen. It was a pleasant experience talking to her to resolve the problem. Jen first explained the exact problem and right away took actions to correct it.She explained the situation in detail and also what will happen next.She speaks clearly, at right pace , never rushing , explains everything in detail , has all the answers and is very patient. We should have more of Jen in this world. God Bless !

I usually don't like to change the insurance company often, but this year after so many Covid 19 related changes in my insurance, I decided to look for a quote from other companies. Ivan Gjorgiev was the person i got in touch with. He was very professional, very responsive, helpful, patient, transparent, trustworthy, and he went above and beyond to find me the best auto and home insurance rate that suits my needs and to make my transition from another company to Allstate easier. He is the best agent I have ever worked with. He explained the policy very clearly, he answered all of my questions and concerns, he even suggested a few changes to get much better coverage. He saved me a lot of money and made this process very pleasant, and a less stressful experience. I would highly recommend Ivan Gjorgiev and AllState Insurance at Williamsburg Town Centre Agency, Kitchener. Keep up the good work.

I had a tremendous experience with Krstina Vukasinovic when I reached out to her to obtain a quote for my home and auto insurance. She provided me with the best rates on the market and went above and beyond to help me out despite very short notice and multiple closing dates and deadlines. Krstina educated me on Allstate's products, answered all of my questions and made it a seamless process even though I was leaving another insurer and was scrambling with paperwork. I ended up saving hundreds of dollars on my insurance. Very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you again Krstina.

Just very disappointed! It all started with a voicemail left on my mobile phone. The voice in the message was saying that they couldn't charge the required amount from my credit card. I called back six minutes later to say that I had lost my wallet so I had to lock it, but a few days later I found it and had it unlocked. After the phone call, I thought the problem would go away. However, it did not. The matter has turned into a nightmare. First of all, they said that for every policy they could not collect, I had to pay a penalty almost as much as the monthly payment of my policies. I said I would not accept this. I tried to explain that this is a very ordinary situation, that such things can happen to anyone. Moreover, I said that no one from the company called, emailed, text and did not inform me about this situation. They said they "understood me very well", but they did nothing to fix the problem. I then stated that it was not about the money, that I felt bad as an All-State customer because of this practice. Again, they said they "understood me very well", but they did nothing to fix the problem. By asking for 24 hours, I found a much better insurance policy for two-thirds of the monthly insurance installment I paid. I called them again and said that I was uncomfortable with their way and that I wanted to cancel my policy. Repeatedly, they said they "understood me very well", but they told me that in order to cancel my policy, I had to pay a penalty of $260 and I had to do a million things. After I hung up, I was very upset about the day I came across this company and got my policies, because I understood that even though they say they "understand" like parrots, they don't understand their customers at all. I have no idea how they have positive reviews. Please don’t make the mistake I made and avoid this place.

Dylan Barker went above and beyond to help me acquire insurance for a boat that I purchased. He helped and explained everything that I needed to provide and fill out and in terms that I could understand. All my questions were answered promptly. I have had my auto, home and now boat insurance with the Williamsburg team for many years and I would highly recommend them to anyone shopping for insurance. Once again, thanks so much Dylan for making this an easy process.
