St George Medical Center Pharmacy

I brought my daughter here yesterday morning and Dr.Michael was quick, kind and efficient! The receptionist Tania was awesome! She was bombarded with patients at opening and she handled herself well, very patient and funny! The prescription for my daughter was sent directly to the clinics pharmacy which is super convenient! The pharmacist Mariam was very kind and helpful, she answered all of my questions AND she saved me money! I Will definitely go back and have applied to become a permanent patient.

I brought 6 weeks old baby who was in pain. 4 people were in the waiting room. Receptionist told me that I should go someplace else because I would wait for a long time before doctor could see my baby. They were not FULLY booked. The doctor should be ashamed of himself, because he refused to see the baby in pain who urgently needed help. Every doctor takes an Oath to treat people even for free. They should help someone in the street if needed. This is unacceptable. I will never go back there, and I do not recommend this "clinic" to anyone.

Worst place you can ever goto.lady at front desk who maybe a manager is very rude very unprofessional. She yells at people constantly. If i can give zero i would. Doctors are very nice. Pharmacist is amazing. Just that one lady. She is next level rude. Do not goto this place.minsitry of health needs to visit this place

Genuinely don’t know why this place has so many bad reviews. My first time here last week. Front desk extremely friendly, helpful. Doctor was thorough and friendly. Overall very satisfied would return again.

I had Great experiences at this clinic. Staff is always freindly and kind. Pharmacy went over and beyond to save me money on my meds.

This clinic was very unprofessional and unapologetic. I had appointments for an x ray and an ultrasound and had to follow up multiple times with the clinic for the appointment dates and results. Then I was booked for a CT scan and had the same issue again. I called for my results 3 times before skipping the clinic and calling the hospital directly, only to be told that the clinic could not get my results because the information that was on my requisition form was incorrect. When I asked the clinic to correct the information (including my first name and address) I was told by the receptionist that the information could not be wrong because they always double check with health cards... however, no one asked to see my health card or any ID. When I told the clinic that the hospital would send me the results directly, they said they would follow up with me. I took my results to another doctor and have not received any followup calls from this clinic since. This clinic taught me to never assume that no news is good news... in this case, no news meant that the clinic didn't receive results and failed to followup with the imaging place or the patient... it took 2 months to resolve an issue that should have taken 1 week... this clinic is very unorganized for walk-in patients and lacking compassion. Rather than being invested in your health and having understanding for your needs and feelings, they are defensive, argumentative and only provide excuse, no apologies. I believe a review at any time is valid because it shows patients a pattern of how this clinic's staff treats people. I hope they take these reviews into consideration and treat people with more compassion and professionalism in the future.

NOT open Saturdays. Receptionist there just booking appointments for Monday. Lots of disappointed people waiting outside at minus 15. Maybe put a sign up letting people know. Doctor was nice during the weekday.

Literally can’t give you treatment. Just want money and then they will ask you to spend on prescriptions in their own pharmacy inside the clinic. Can not even fix minor issues. ***response to the thread further*** If you wanna argue, then argue honestly. I have been given prescription of “taro-clobetasol” and been asked to get refill soon from you own pharmacist. He asked to me come there only when its finished. Let me know, if you need the proof of your prescription! Thanks
