C	Chelsea Dela Cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GO TO ANY OTHER CLINIC. If you come here, except to wait minimum 3 hours. Better off going to a hospital to get examined, would be faster. They don’t take appointments and it seems even if you have an appointment, you’ll have to wait.
J	Josh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of time, no help. I called because they were accepting new patients, I was told I had to come in to fill out paper work then make an appointment. When I came, they said I had to wait to speak to the doctor and it won't be long. Almost two hours later the doctor said she needs to say "hi" to the kids first. I don't understand why the receptionist would say to wait for the doctor if she knew I needed the kids with me, or why they wouldn't allow me to book an appointment or fill out the paperwork They could of explained on the phone at the start. Definitely not a place I would want to deal with for a family doctor

I went in shortly after they opened for the day, then after well over an hours wait and noticing walkins that came in after me getting called, I checked with them and they didn't seem to have me on the list despite having them take all my info already. Then once I finally got into a room to see a doctor, I had to wait quite a while again, and they tried to send another patient into the room I was waiting in... Then during the appointment it felt like the doctor wasn't listening, and despite how long I had already been waiting, was told I'd have to wait again while she helped other patients in order to get paperwork related to an injury. Definitely do not recommend this place. I had tried seeing a doctor there yesterday as well, but they had no doctor even in.
J	Julie M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait over 3 hours for appt. today. Originally booked an actual appt. four weeks ago and was called the night before and told they are no longer taking appts. Was told to just walk in. Over 30 patients waited 3 to 4 hours to be seen. Patients were very upset and quite a few just left as 4 hours was just too long of a wait. Patients were very upset. The Dr is amazing here and the pharmacy is also amazing but whoever is managing this place needs to look at patient care. I assume since they cancelled all the appts last min the evening before all the Patients came first thing over 30 of us because we were told to walk in. Not the right decision to make last min. I waited three weeks and you gave me no choice last min with this decision but to just wait. Please consider in the future that as a patient I am battling a severe medical condition and should have been advised at least 24 hours if not more on this change. When people are sick they deserve better treatment than this. My time during this difficult time is important, please respect me as a human being who deserved better and the other numerous Patients who sat here for up to 4 hours because of your last min change. Please take patient bookings and managing the process with the patient in mind and a more professional outcome.
d	dimuthu hemachandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go there again. Nobody is wearing masks even though it is still mandatory to wear masks at healthcare facilities. Doctors never introduce themselves and are very rude to patients. Also the front desk person was on the phone the whole time. This place must be sued.
K	Kris Beshara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I showed up for what was suppose to a 15 min meet and greet with the new doctor there and I sat for an hour waiting and then they said there was still 5 patients ahead of me. They appeared very disorganized. The receptionist was nice she apologized for the wait.

The doctor lack basic pregnancy knowledge and does not inform us of any important tests that my wife needed to do during pregnancy. We were promised a date for an appointment when we signed up for the family doctor, but were told no such thing the day before (we had to call)... I can't think of any other place that are unprofessional as this, people should try very hard to find another family doctor, and avoid coming here even as a walk-in clinc.
V	Vicente Plata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s unfortunate that it’s one of the few places accepting family patients in town. I’ve been waiting for more than 2 hours, even though I had an appointment. Neither the pharmacist nor some of the receptionists bother wearing a mask other than a chin diaper. And this obviously permeates to some of the patients that are in the waiting room. Compound waiting time, with lack of health measure and it’s probably one of the most unhealthy healthcare situations I’ve been in. Hopefully they’ll improve.
