He follows up and is always on time with the appointments made . His work ethic is one of the best . You will not go wrong. I do not usually post reviews unless they deserve it and Mr Mackay does . Thank you for making my plumbing issues go away so easily. BTW I am not a relative , friend etc just posting but a true customer with this business .
