The previous contractor installed everything improperly on my new vanity/sink, so they basically had to redo it. They came very quickly (same day). The service guys were so friendly and professional. They completed the job and submitted a very reasonable invoice. I couldn't be happier with the service. I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs. 10/10.

We had a Novo water softener in our house, purchased from Tri City Plumbing by the previous owner which had been leaking, but was still under warranty. Since our water bill was unreasonably high, we contacted Tri City Plumbing. A technician came and found that a part needed to be replaced, but assured us that the defective water softener was not the cause of our water usage problem. After receiving no further feedback for over a month, we emailed the company to get an update. We were finally informed, “...the claim has been denied.” Although we followed up several times by email, we received no response to our request for the reason that the claim was denied. Finally, we turned to Ultra Comfort and had the unit replaced. Since then, we’ve had no more water consumption issues. The defective Novo unit therefore was a significant part of the problem, despite the company’s claim.

I felt like I made a great decision hiring them, based on my conversation with her! I had seen someone review this company on a local facebook group, and decided to take a chance on them. The technician arrived to our home between the quoted time of 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. He was honest about our problem & provided his expert opinion, which was valued. He was patient with us and very professional. He got the work done in a timely manner, and ensured we were happy with it before he left. We have had no issues with our plumbing since he has left! I will DEFINITELY be calling Tri City Plumbing back if/when we require their services in the future! Thank you Tri City Plumbing!

They had a huge job replacing all the drains and the stack in my house. Looks great and they left their work area clean . Very impressed

The technician was on time and the price quoted was exactly what Nick said it would be after the job was completed. Have used Tri City before to plumb new lines in the basement and I would highly recommend this company.
J	Justine Holdbrook on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently noticed that our furnace was not working properly and was blowing cold air out majority of the time, we contacted Tri City and they came in and advised us that our furnace had to be turned off for safety reasons and we needed a new one. Not only did they give us sound advice but came back later that day to bring us heaters to keep us warm until they could get us a new one. They went out of their way to get our furnace replaced asap and made us a top priority. The technicians that came in were very professional and friendly, we are all around very impressed with the work that they did. Would definitely recommend and will be going back for any other issues that we have in the future.
