The sump was not properly installed and the pipe came loose causing the entire contents of the sump pit to be sprayed around our basement. They came in to hide their faulty work and have refused to help with the destruction of our property. Of course after this experience, a friend told me they also had issues with Whiteway. I will never use them again and will be sure to tell everyone about our experience. They do not stand by their work!

Since the moment I started using Gavin and his professional team, I have not looked back! From complete rough in's for new bathrooms, installing finishing accessories, to kitchen plumbing needs during major renovations, to connecting a gas stove, WHITEWAY can do it all! Amazing job done every time. They are timely, professional, and knowledgeable. I would definetly recommend! We will continue to use WHITEWAY for all our plumbing needs going forward. I have had a sump pump disaster, sewage pipe problem, all fixed perfectly. Have had other quotes and dealing with other plumbing companies and nothing comes close to Whiteway. Thank you!

Once the call was made to explain the plumbing issue, they didn’t take long to fit me into their schedule. The technician came when expected, was polite and respectful (removed shoes). The work was done efficiently and the location left clean. Once finished the technician explained the completed work and answered all my questions. Based on my experience I would recommend them to others and will definitely use them again.

Gavin was our first point of contact who responded promptly to our initial inquiry. Prior to the projects beginning, he took his time to meet with us and provided excellent and thoughtful ideas on how we could make the most of the project. We were provided with a well detailed quote, and Gavin also did a great job organizing all the work to be done. Each week he sent us an email detailing who was coming and when. Whiteway has a great team of tradespeople who got right to work, and were always polite, and respectful of us and our home. We never felt uncomfortable with them, and they were more than willing to fill us in on what they were doing and when they would be back. Overall we are pleased with the dramatic transformation of our bathroom thanks to Whiteway Construction! They are a talented group of people with lots of fresh ideas and a good sense of contemporary trends. We are enjoying our new bathroom very much! Thanks again to your team!
