Had someone over within 30 minutes, who identified the problem and taught me all about my water heater so that next time I could troubleshoot it a bit better myself. Will definitely use these guys again. Thank you!

I ran into an issue removing a shower faucet that Kastl & Zuch installed for me a few years ago. I called them up and they walked through with me how to fix the issue. When phone conversation wasn't quite cutting it, Dale offered to take a look at a picture and walk me through it from there. Simple and effective. Thanks again for the amazing customer service!

We had hydronic in-floor radiant heating put in two rooms in our 1960's home when we realized the renovations we wanted to do would not accommodate the current floor radiators for those rooms. Rod was quick to show up and did a safe site visit during the pandemic, and followed up with an impressive quote. I had some questions about the quote which were answered within 24 hours via email. Tim and his crew showed up as scheduled to do the work, spent the entire day here, and cleaned up when they were done. They were very professional and courteous and even gave us some advise and made changes to our current boiler system to help distribute the heat better in the rest of our home when they noticed a space heater in one of the rooms not being worked on! Before leaving they gave detailed instructions on how the flooring system will run and what to expect with an extra zone added to the boiler. We had a few questions after the install was complete and the invoice was paid, and again, the response was thorough, helpful and timely. We look forward to working with them whenever we have plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

Most recently Dale was able to provide me a very proprietary gasket for a pex swivel adapter. Which saved me $$ as I would have needed someone onsite to do a repair. Thank for all your help Dale much appreciated!

This company came in, had a look and said no problem. They gave me detailed information on how we can achieve this. All the work they did was amazing. The city inspector even commented on how nice of a job they did. I had them here several times to do work as they were needed in stages during the reno. I'd like to give a special mention to Kevin! He is extremely talented. What an absolute pleasure to deal with. He went above and beyond my expectations and always made sure I was happy along the way. Thank you again Kevin! 10 star ?!
