★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On June 28 at about 8pm I called the service number requesting someone to have a look at my AC which didn't seem to work properly. It was a hot and really humid day. A female answered my phone and took my information and told me clearly someone would contact me in four hours. however, nobody called back at all! I waited all day long the next day and ended up with calling another company to do the job. So disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In November 2020 I contracted Constant Home Comfort to replace my furnace, air conditioner and install a tankless hot water system. Through discussions with their sales team, we decided on the top of the line Lennox system with a new thermostat and air purifier, along with a Navien for hot water.
The air conditioner has needed the refrigerant to be refilled four times in nine months. During the hot summer we had, the house would not cool below 25 Celsius for more than a week or two. After the last service call, I called the office to voice my concerns, the receptionist refused to tell me the manager’s name or put my call through to him/her. I was told “the parts were ordered and would be two weeks”, well that was three weeks ago. I called the office again to check on the status of the parts and was told someone would call me back. Still waiting….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Air One Heating and Cooling for furnace maintenance and end up with a tagged furnace and will shut off gas as tech found a "small leaking in the bottom inducer motor". the air one tech said that might lead to carbon monoxide poisoning(my furnace is working well and every 10yrs+ old furnace has small leaking). After getting a few quotes we decided to replace the furnace using Constant Home Comfort and we have made a great choice. Sean is very professional, reasonable and I would recommend his services to anyone without hesitation. The technicians came out and were very professional and worked very diligently to complete this job. The price is the best one among other companies as well. I strongly recommend this company to my family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a waste of time - If I could provide a lower star than one star I definitely would. First of all, for every step, I was the one that had to follow-up. Their customer services is not that great. Secondly, I finally got someone to come to take a look to provide me with a quote for adding some minor duct work to our basement as we are finishing it.
Their customer service rep came over took pictures, I was assured that would get a quote the same day but I had to follow-up the next day - needless to say I did not get a quote but what I received was a text message stating that their technician cannot do this job. Maybe not worth their time as apparently their technicians come out from Toronto, maybe they are incompetent to install a simple extension of duct work into a new room...who knows but they wasted 3 days of my time which I could have been looking for someone willing and competent. I would not venture into any work with them as they are undependable.

The technicians are from Toronto and experienced, they also help me return the rental water heater and fix my dryer vent issue during the visiting. thank you.
