★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cronin Verheul were fantastic in dealing with a broken furnace, giving us the best quotes to fix or replace (and answering our questions about those quotes), installing the new furnace and A/C, and then submitting the paperwork for the Hydro One rebates. Even more remarkable, they were great to communicate with while we were in Germany and our tenants in Kitchener. Highly recommended.

He took the time to explain everything in detail as to what has happened, how he can fix it and ensured that everything was working properly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben was excellent. He checked out the issue with our old furnace, identified the problem and offered a couple of solutions. Our furnace being as old as it was, really didn't make sense to repair, so we opted to get more information on a replacement. Ben explained the options, suggested the best one to suit our particular needs and helped explain how to best use the new unit (we were having issues with circulation not getting to every room evenly). The installers were great! They were friendly, polite and courteous. They even took 5 minutes of their day to listen to my daughter explain how much she loves kittens... Was a great experience. They'll go on-and-beyond to make sure you are looked after.

Connor & Max did an outstanding job following all Covid Protocols and installing the units. They cleaned up and even put the used units on the trailer.
