Brand new unit from last year's stock (maybe why the price was better, looking to get rid of unused stock - which didn't matter much to me as it's a new unit) - works great and installation was done properly. Would recommend for anyone looking for central AC.

Nick and his team are very professional, and treated us with kindness and respect. They even repaired a leaking gas line that they found on our hot water heater from a competitors recent installation free of charge. Thanks Nick.... we sincerely appreciate it!

Even when they were clearly very busy they showed up on time. Nick was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He asked the right questions and it helped him diagnose the problem quickly. We spoke about general things that day and I could tell that he was a quality individual with a great company. Fast forward about a year and a company quoted my general contractor on some duct work that needed to be done in a house that I had him gut and renovate. The company’s quote for the duct work was completely ridiculous and I decided to get more quotes. I called Regional Air and they came in much lower than the competition. Regional Air has since been my sole contractor for all my HVAC needs both for my personal residence and my business. They have installed new furnaces for me, installed duct and completed service calls. They are fast, perform quality work and they are very reasonable.
