Jon Eagle, the sales consultant, and the technicians, Jon and Braedon, were all knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. The technician who inspected the existing furnace also displayed those characteristics. (Unfortunately, I can't remember his name.) Once I made the decision to replace the furnace and AC unit, the new furnace and AC unit were installed within 48 hours. I am completely satisfied with the way all aspects of this service were carried out. Thank you.

I had my furnace and A/C installed by this firm after a lot of research. They may not be the cheapest, but they are worth every penny. The company is well organized and very professional. The technician was on time and very well trained in A/C service. He provided answers to all questions. Technician also went out of his way to ensure the cleaning and tuning of the AC system was completed thoroughly and answered all questions, including some great recommendations. He treated the equipment and the home as if it were his own. Safety first by calling in advance and ensuring he wore a mask. Curtis should be given a raise or at least provide training to all the staff on how to meet and exceed customer satisfaction. Well done.

I called for a service appointment today at the number on my furnace and waited almost an hour for someone to answer. When they did the representative was hard to understand as they had a heavy accent, were muttering and there was a dog barking, other adults talking and kids screaming in the background throughout most of the call. At one point someone was pushing buttons on the phone as well. She was having a difficult time understanding when I was explaining the problem and proceeded to put me on hold three times. This was my first time trying to book a service call outside regular business hours and clearly not impressed with their set up. I am beyond frustrated and have to say if this is considered customer service it's clearly a fail!

Brandon Inch did a wonderful job servicing our AC and furnace units. We totally trust Boehmers after 20 years of great service. Their Lennox products are second to none, and the installation/service technicians are the best! UPDATE Oct. 2021- We needed a furnace replacement when the blower fan seized. Brady (sales) promptly arrived and within an hour after his arrival we had the right furnace and AC selected for our needs. The installers - Rob and Braedon - were very prompt on installation day and worked diligently with great teamwork. Rob provided a thorough briefing on our new system (incl. iComfort thermostat) and the cleanup was very thorough. All in all the team at Cronin Emery Service Experts have earned our trust and business over the last 30 years in K-W, and we plan on depending on them for all of our HVAC needs well into the future. Well done folks!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with a technician, even though I am not a customer. This particular technician pulled over to help me wrangle my dogs that had ran away. She was very lovely and helped calm myself, and the dogs down and waited for help to arrive. Wish I had got her name, would love to thank her in person!

We are in our 80s and no heat on the coldest night and day of the year is a serious event. Called the office and the receptionist had a tech to our house in 2 hours, on a really busy day Sat.15 Jan.. Service Tech Luke checked out our system, isolated the problem and gave us a repair estimate within an hour, but found the parts were not available. Called Brady Liesemer who came within another hour to recommend a replacement furnace that could be installed Monday morning , also offered temp. heaters. . On Monday Jon, and Nevyn drove through the worst blizzard in years to install our new furnace. They even took time to correct an intake vent problem left by one of your competitors a couple of years ago. To say we are happy with the Attention and Service all these folks provided would be an understatement. Our thanks to all.

When it was time to buy a new furnace, they were very responsive. A lot of promises that if we purchased the most expensive furnace that all our heating issues would be solved. They weren't. We received a warning this morning that our furnace wasn't working. We have the extended warranty so I called to arrange an appointment. The "best available" time was over a month away. Lots of promises, very little delivery.

Our ancient furnace stopped working during extremely cold weather. This company was recommended to us by friends and we now have seen first hand why they came so highly recommended. Joel helped us choose a furnace and Rob & Nevyn promptly installed it. Excellent.
