★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best pharmacies I've been to. The Pharmacist provided exceptional care and attention in regards to my situation. From confirming my diagnosis, to recommending a mutlimodal approach in conjunction with my physician, and follows up frequently to see whether it is helping.
During regular visits that have always sought to make sure I understand what I'm taking and how it will help me specifically; which I appreciate given the time constraints when actually seeing the physician.
Speaking of medications they have always tried to get what I requested and if not in stock they even go as far as special ordering it.
Couldn't recommend this pharmacy and pharmacist more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very knowledgeable pharmacist and very friendly! He took the time to get to know us and the issues my grandfather was going through with his medications. Realized the issue and had I changed to something else. Had gone to shoppers for 10 years and never did they catch the issue, even with us complaining! Transferred my entire family to St. Jacobs pharmacy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In all the years that I have been having to go to a pharmacy, this one by far is the best one that I have come across! Manan, the owner and pharmacist was so very welcoming to myself and my family. He made the transfer easy, and is very accommodating to all of our needs. On top of everything, he was also able to compound a topical medication for me to treat the constant pain in my neck. It is working wonders. Wish I had stumbled on this place a lot sooner than I did.

The staff are highly trained and knowledgeable, friendly, and provide exceptional service. I would trust the pharmacist with my own care or that of friends and family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the lovely experience of stopping by this pharmacy and I’m so glad I did! The staff there was awesome and made my family and I feel like home! My grandmother had a few concerns about side effects for one of her medications and Manan one of the staff there made sure to clarify everything for her and put her worries at ease!

Great service, very friendly, very professional, clean, and they take care of all your needs. The pharmacists there were very conscientious about my needs and were very forthcoming with beneficial information in regards to my diagnosis and future health concerns. My family loves the place, from the kids to grandma! Great family oriented pharmacy, it's nice to see a business that caters to building relationships and not just providing a service. 11/10.
