★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There the clinic is not good. I got there to see the doctors twice, after less than 2 mins talking with the doctors, getting the examinations ,never got any responds even the results showing my big illness. The two stars is just for the nurse kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into this pharmacy to get our 3rd dose/booster shot of Moderna. Everyone in the store was very pleasant and efficient. The pharmacist, Mohamed A. was so nice! He made us feel extremely comfortable and his administering method was very painless and quick! 10*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacy: 5 stars. Great service every time. I call then whenever I have questions. No problem.
Walk in clinic: telegraph service 3 stars only. Dissatisfaction is with telehealth in general I suppose NOT the staff. They are great.
- essentially the walking in is based on a first come first serve basis
- longest part of the process is waiting for the nurse to call you. Waiting room wait ~20 to 30 mins.
- once your inside, the nurse will ask you questions and general health check and get a basic history of your problem. She sends uploads your file to GoodDoctor and then you wait for an available doctor to respond.
- waiting for the doctor took around 15 mins. (This is arguably what makes the wait time so long because if no doctor responds, you can be waiting for a long long time, the doctors respond to 40 other telehealth clinics and can see up to 100 patients per day)
- talked to the talked for maybe ~1 min and he gave me a prescription and I left (They don't have time to ask you much, due to how many patients they try to see in a day).
I wouldn't recommend telehealth for anything of actual concern. Go for refills, and routine stuff you are relatively comfortable with.
The nurse is kind and intelligent.

The service and timing were very transparent as you book a slot as soon as you enter there.
So you already know how long it will take. Very nice.
Down side it. It’s a tele-consultancy, so, you have a mediator and webcam with doc on the the other side, but the mediator is a human, and can listen and understand all of the conversations that we have.
It seems to be a violation of privacy perhaps you agreed to, but a little uncomfortable too.
Otherwise it’s fast!!

The Pharmacists are very kind, with a pleasant attitude, fast to process the medications requests, and very respectful. They always help with courtesy, tact, and patience. Additionally, they do delivery and window pick-up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolutely fantastic pharmacy! All the pharmacists that work there are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to help their customers, and I've never had to wait very long for anything. On more than one occasion, the staff have voluntarily gone out of their way to contact my insurance company to assure my insurance plan coverage when there seemed to be a discrepancy. All my questions about the new medications were answered with clarity. The pharmacists have also willingly made cost comparisons to provide the most economical purchase. As time permitted, they take a few minutes for small talk. Such a type of service helped me feel like a valued customer and kept me coming back. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy!
