Absolutely love coming to ValuMart considering the size is smaller than ost groceries their produce is great. Shelves are always stocked or you see the crew stocking.
The cashiers are trained well and always a smile on their face.
And the owner bob is just so kind & welcoming. Clearly does a good job at running a store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When cashiers wander off leaving long lineups to form, that's absolutely not acceptable. This store only has two checkouts open at any time. Customers get frustrated and those, leaving the other one with a very difficult situation. Sad store Valu Mart Waterloo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going for a year now, Always so nice to meet and greet you with smile and positive vibes, stores slightly more expensive but also has hard sought after items and there chicken burgers are the best along with Mac n cheese, scallops potatoes. Great place.

A nice selection of fresh produce and meats, along with a great deli counter with the best crispy chicken fingers anywhere! Whether you are a growing family or local student, this is a great grocery store. The staff is also super helpful and friendly - and don't forget they have parcel pickup! Super handy in the winter.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greeter was nice at the front entrance but carrots were best before the 29th and were slimy in the bag. Also the loose peppers were starting to go mouldy.
