★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great service! I brought my mother-in-law (who has never had a massage before) here for her birthday, and she absolutely loved it! The staff took great care of her, made sure we were comfortable, and were very accommodating. Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great environment, clean and accommodates groups of people. I was recently in The Waters for a pedicure with friends. Our polish didn't dry and eventually smugged. When contacting The Waters about our polish, Carley (manager) was very accommodating in rectifying the situation. They were tremendously understanding and professional in re-doing our service. We were beyond impressed and satisfied with our end result! Thank you to The Waters for upholding your word!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best massage. I went today for day off. Cassie she is amazing. I thought I had good massages before. But here are the best really relaxing. She was very attentive love the foot soak with oils. And the mix of essential oils for the massage. The atmosphere is very elegant and set u in the mood to relaxation. Definitely coming back.
A little pricey but its worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. After leaving multiple messages to book an appointment for my wife during their business hours it took 3 days to get a response back. When trying to book the treatment I was advised that I needed to book more than a month out even though I was completely flexible on times. I called back to speak with the manager, Carly, and the response was essentially “oh well” and she chuckled. I asked if they would refund the gift certificate in an effort to address my frustration and the answer was a hard no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I just had a couples massage. Fantastic! RMTs Dianna and Kaitlyn were great and they made the entire experience so pleasant. All of the staff we interacted with were very nice. The footbath before the massage is a nice little bonus too! We will definitely be returning!
