★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 1 star but the woman who did my pedicure was lovely! However, the staff doing my manicure wasnt very personable and the quality of both manicure and pedicure was horrible! For $130 (and a special polish they told me would last longer) I was shocked when the next day 3 of my toes had completely chipped. They fixed it for free which was nice but then 2 days later my toes were chipped again and my nails also chipped. I didnt even bother wasting my time to go back. For the price I would expect much higher quality. Especially since the girl doing my nails bragged to me about how they are better than all the other salons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so i wanted to order a hand therapy package for a gift online which was supposed to be $55 dollars plus tax but when i went to the checkout it was $65 plus tax. so ..i just cancelled the order. keep your prices up to date. i will not place any orders if you cannot keep your website accurate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not enjoy my experience getting my hair done here. I was booked in for a partial highlight. My hair dresser was 30 minutes late to my apt. She had another client booked in during my service and left me sitting with wet cold hair at the sink for 30 minutes while she assisted her other client. I ended up being at the salon for 3 hours for a partial highlight (I don’t even have that much hair). I was also not consulted about the colour of the toner or the price. I did not like the toner she selected. The price I was quoted also did not match the price I paid which was upsetting. $40 more than I was quoted for. Not sure how that happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was able to get a booking right away and my stylist did an awesome job for what I wanted. The end cost was also $100 cheaper than what I was quoted and my hair turned out amazing. Will definitely be a returning customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my hair cut from Emma. I asked for long blended layers. After an hour of her trying to my hair . To my shock there are no layers and the end s look so choppy. The receptionist asked to book me complementary session to fix my hair. I really dont have time to fit in their schedule. Its not even about money. Why do you hire people who dont know what they are doing. Disappointed !!

I have short hair and was needing a re-boot..Rebecca listened, corrected the damage and gave me the best cuts I have had in years. She is pleasant, kind and thoughtful. She is a confident hairstylist and I recommend her 100 %

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have only enjoyed my experience with one receptionist. She was so kind and helpful when I called to book. I wish I knew her name. The tech I got the last few times has been so sweet. Very pleasant and professional.
Took stars away though because every other receptionist speaks to me like I’m bothering them when I call to book. Last week I called to ask when the earliest I could get in for a specific service, and gave my preferred time. The response I got was “Not for a while” That’s it. Didn’t offer any dates, didn’t ask if I still wanted to book. I was so stunned that I just hung up. So, I requested appointments online, and never got response back.
