★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best experience with Carla and Fidan. Carla made my experience with the fillers and Botox amazing and my results are unreal. So natural and flawless actually. Fidan was the most meticulous in her explanation, follow up, and care for my laser hair removal. Can’t wait to go back. And the office staff Jessica and Aleesha are just wonderful. 100% recommend, no question.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, I went there for under-eye treatment with Clara and made it clear it is my first experience and would like to know about the procedure, she told I can trust her, and this is the right place. Unfortunately, when she started the injection, she behaved very unprofessional only because I asked her a few questions. Instead of trying to answer the questions, she made me nervous.
I wanted to write a review immediately but decided to wait for the result. A few days later, I noticed that I got puffy bags under eyes. I had the follow-up appointment and obviously, the before treatment photos were better than after the treatment. She did the injection on the wrong spot, and she just told, it’s okay and we now know you shouldn’t get the dysport injection on this spot!
Overall, it was so disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurse Carla was an absolute rockstar! She listened to my concerns and made sure to always check in and ensure a seamless lip process for me. I felt so comfortable with her and I'm so happy with my results.
She really puts care into her work, is thorough, pays the utmost attention to detail, and places emphasis on the CLIENT! What more could you ask for!
She understands that all bodies are different and works accordingly, she gave amazing advice and her years of industry experience really shows. I'm so lucky I had her, what a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go this place for laser hair removal. Team is so professional, friendly and welcoming. Fidan is amazing at her job. It’s been just three sessions but i already lost most of the hairs. She makes you feel you are having the session at your own home. I’m glad to choose this place. ??

I have been to 3 other clinics and Waterloo Medical stands out for the excellent results from treatments, professional, kind staff and fair prices. Trustworthy cosmetic advise and they practice in good faith. This clinic is my go to for facial enhancements and restoring a youthful look. For this they get 5 stars from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Carla do my lip fillers. Pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Carla is very knowledgeable and experienced in her practise. She did a great job at the injections with proper injection & infection prevention techniques. I absolutely love my result and will be back for my touch up!

The entire team was welcoming, listened to my questions/concerns, and made me feel so comfortable. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got lip filler with Nurse Carla and had the most welcoming and caring experience! We sat and talked for 30 minutes getting to know each other and she is an absolute sweetheart. I trust her with my life! She did an amazing job on my lips and made sure to explain step by step of what was going on to make me feel comfortable. Will recommend this place to anyone:)
