★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My ring is 70 years old and we needed to get a costume band to match the style. We went to Frank's and the staff were incredible - they were very knowledgeable on my ring style and offered many suggestions on the costume band.
We just picked up my costume wedding band and my fiancé's wedding ring today and we are SO happy with the final product. Even with the pandemic, the staff at Franks were a great support in helping us find what we wanted. Our rings were also responsibly priced, especially for my costume ring. I would highly recommend Frank's Jewelers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once again we have received exceptional service from Frank’s Jewellers. My husband lost his wedding band & we are so grateful for the friendly service of all the staff here. Kelly helped us find the perfect replacement band & because it was a perfect fit, he was able to wear it home. The prices are so very fair & especially with the fine quality & variety of choices they offer you. We highly recommend this business where customers are so obviously valued.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to get two hoop earrings repaired and polished expecting it to be a huge sum, but they did it free of charge. Both visits the staff was super helpful and friendly. I took a look at their chains while I was picking up and they looked beautiful as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After exhausting my options in my town of residence and trying another jewelry repair place in Kitchener, I was referred here by a friend's mother. I entrusted my delicate Edwardian-era platinum, white gold and diamond ring to Frank's when a small single-cut diamond was lost from its setting. I could not be happier with the service provided by Frank's. The ring was fixed properly and without significantly impacting the milgrain, my options were explained to me in full, and they did it for a fraction of the price quoted, which was already reasonable to begin with.
I highly recommend the Frank's and will henceforth entrust all of my jewelry repairs and resizing to them. It's worth the drive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, wow, wow. I cannot say enough good things about Frank’s Jewellers.
Here’s my sob story turned fairy tale: I visited the Scandinave spa in Collingwood and left all three of my sterling silver rings on when using the pools. To my dismay and horror, all of my rings were tarnished - I thought they were ruined forever. Naturally, I called my mom to cry about it and she referred me to Frank’s - saying that she trusts them wholeheartedly with all her jewellery needs. The woman on the phone, said she could fix them up no problem and my anxiety instantly subsided. I dropped them off and spoke to a lovely woman who said they would take about a day to get to them. However, within only a few hours, I got a call saying they were ready to be picked up. When I got there, the same lovely woman showed me the rings and I instantly lost my mind. They were all back to their origin form and so so shiny. They looked better than when I bought them. AND…here’s the best part: they only charged me $10!!! ten dollars! ten dolla!
Thank you for reading my novel/review. I was seriously blown away and haven’t stopped talking about my experience. Out of this world customer service. I’d even go so far to say, the best I’ve ever received. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this place :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: we bought our engagement ring and our wedding bands at Frank's. Every time we went to visit (and we went a lot, both of my rings were custom made), everyone who we spoke with was patient, attentive and kind. Even when we spent a LONG time arguing about the curve of a mobius strip, Bob was so patient and never made us feel silly. They provided great products, customized every ring to our exact vision and were very reasonably priced. And timely. 100% will return in future and purchase all fine jewelry here in the future. Thank you Frank's!

My engagement ring, wedding band, and husband's wedding band were all custom made here and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Billie-Jo is so knowledgeable and walks you through the process step by step so you can get the end results you're dreaming of. So happy with the quality and service and we will be using them for our jewellery needs going forward.

Frank's took my mom's engagement ring from when she and my dad were 21 years old and turned it into something completely new for me. My parents told me about the sentimental gesture and allowed me to pick out the setting. Bob was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was thrilled to find a setting that is completely unique and did not feel like an engagement ring. He had it made quickly and it did not disappoint! I love it and I get tons of compliments.
I highly recommend and would not go anywhere else!
