D	Daniel Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAMMED I had a ring that needed resizing, but didn’t have a protection plan. I was only going to pay for the resizing fee (~$80) but the employee working kept insisting and pushing me to purchase the protection plan (~$120 after tax). I was promised that with the protection plan EVERYTHING in the repair was going to be covered. Lo and behold I was hit with a hefty $130 repair fee for the repair. She managed to leave out the fact that additional material is NOT covered in the protection plan, promising me that EVERYTHING is covered. I felt absolutely scammed and immediately contacted customers service. The customer service was nice enough to honour my wishes of refunding everything, but my trust with this store is lost. I have shopped here multiple times before but will never come back ever again. TLDR: They leave important details out just to push sales.
C	Ceejay Harris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On December 11th I went to this store to purchase a ring for my fiancé, purchase the ring to find out then that I have to wait till next year to get the ring resize. After paying a warranty and yet having to go some where else to get the ring resize. This is so ridiculous. Yet after trying to purchase the ring, and the kiosk wasn’t working. I paid half in cash and the remainder on credit. It was just so ridiculous I have to seek some where else to get the ring resize.

Wasn't able to get it resized during the lockdown - finally, in April they allowed me to come in (through an appointment) to get it sized... The lady was super cold towards us as if she was frustrated that she even had to do her job. She took the ring and told me it would take 10 weeks. I came to finally pick it up today (it's been 8 months since being engaged with no ring to show) and it was STILL the wrong size - customer service mentioned they had no notes or anything about my ring, so they weren't sure what size it was supposed to be or anything! The initial lady who helped us was off and they couldn't get a hold of her to get more details. I am so fed up - I left with it anyways because I am not waiting another 10 weeks for the right size - I'm going to get it done at a private jeweller instead! #unbelievable

After thinking I bought my ring at this location, turns out it was actually Fairview Mall, but Midia still managed to help me with what I needed and was a HUGE help. Definitely an all star employee. She did everything she could to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Thank-you Midia and Peoples!

B	Beth S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will not be returning here and I recommend going to another location or a different store altogether. Milosna is rude and unhelpful. She clearly doesn’t understand what makes people want to buy things, and has been condescending both times that I’ve visited this location. We went looking for wedding jewellery and she made it a very unexciting experience by acting impatient and being unwilling to listen to my needs and concerns. Try Charm Diamond Centers (Shawna was lovely) or Frank’s Jewellers instead.
