★ ★ ★ ★ ★ over the past year I have been dealing with Barb from Charm for my wife's wedding bands ,my wedding band, her gorgeous diamond necklace my silver necklace and beautiful Bulava watch . They have been nothing but short of amazing, Kim was very kind and accommodating with the Sizing and rhodium .
Mike was so kind to remove links from my watch at no extra charge.
We were married August 28th and everything was just gorgeous . Thanks for being part of our journey, everyone there is amazing ? highly recommend the staff at Charm Conestoga mall. Thanks for all the help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is amazing. The staff at this location are always super friendly and knowledgable! We will not buy our jewellery from anywhere else! They have helped us with all our wedding jewellery and really go above and beyond with their customer service! Highly recommend to everybody! Special thanks to all the store staff for everything they have done for us! We will be back again in the future for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went to all the jewelry stores in the mall and charm is the one who made the best impression! All the other stores ignored us or pressured us and not here. Michael greeted us and helped us with picking the perfect engagement ring that was within our budget.
Later on, I got my wedding band resized and my engagement ring rhodium plated. Kim was amazing to work with as the store was closed and we had to do curbside pick up.
With every time that I had to get my ring sent out, I got it back within a week. Would not go anywhere else as the service here has been so amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the store where my fiance and I picked out the engagement ring of our dreams. Kim and Heather were both fantastic ladies who took the time to educate and answer our (many) questions; we visited a total of 3 times before we made our purchase and we could not be more thrilled! Each visit was a truely wonderful experience.
Honestly, because of these ladies, this store is our first choice whenever it comes to jewelry - so you can bet we will be back for our wedding bands!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One need not look further for jewelry in KW than their nearest charm diamond centre, but this one particularly gave me a great customer experience which I am at last at liberty to review them for!
In November 2020 my now fiancee and I came to Charm to get a feel for how engagement rings we were looking at online compared to the in-person items. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, in particular Michael. Michael was able to discuss with us some of our requirements and desires, and was utterly charming (pun intended). In only moments in-person, Michael had found us the perfect piece from their collection after we had spent hours agonizing over details online.
Later my partner determined that she would like a splash of colour added to the ring, and Michael was again extremely easy to work with taking the ring back to the store and updating to get an identical piece with an aquamarine over a diamond. Everything was extremely easy and pleasant, and I couldn't be happier I had Michael to rely on at this critical step! Thank you Charm!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with my wife to select a ring to commemorate our 25th wedding anniversary.... Found some great pieces of jewellery.... We did visit several jewellery stores at the mall but CHARMS offered the best customer service..... Great experience...Faldelah was awesome and really took the time to ensure my wife found what she was looking for....I will definitely use this location as my first stop for any future jewellery purchases... Keep up the awesome service....
