★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse experience of shopping I have ever had in Canada. Everything was misplaced with wrong prices and sale tags, which was wasting my time a lot and caused confusion to figure it out the actual price of things that I was buying. The manager was so rude about all those mistakes and miss arrangements and also she forgot to apply my 10% off coupon. It seems that Forever21 did all this on purpose, just to earn more money based on fooling their customers.
