My husband had my engagement ring designed at Kurtis Jewellers a few years ago, and knowing how happy we both were with the professionalism and outcome of the first ring I really wanted to return to design my eternity band. Yet again we have nothing but amazing things to say about the process from start to end. Communication is always prompt and informative. Natalya helped me design such a beautiful ring that I know I’ll love forever! Thank you again to the team at Kurtis!!

Kurtis Jewelers is our go-to jeweler in Waterloo Region. They are located on the second floor of an office building in North Waterloo and have a secure double entrance. Ring the bell to get in the first door, then they see you through the glass on the interior door and let you in. I assume if you look threatening, they would just call the police instead of opening the second door so I always try to look like a respectable customer. Today we took a variety of rings that I never wear (aside from my engagement ring, which was broken and too small). I had inherited them from family members and I hoped to find out more about some of them and figure out how to make some of the rest into something I would wear. I had 3 blue rings, some old, and found out 2 are man-made stones and the third is an aquamarine. I had my own engagement ring that was broken (again) and several other rings. The staff was very helpful in looking them all over and helping us decide what to do. I'm using a larger diamond from my grandmother's ring in a new setting for a replacement engagement ring (since mine is broken) and using my original wedding band along with another ring to make a new wedding band that matches my new engagement ring. They're using one of the smaller diamonds from one of the rings to replace a missing diamond in my school ring and repairing another ring (or is that fourth?) . In all this looking and thinking about what I had, they never pressured us to just buy something entirely new, although my husband had suggested that was an option. Instead they worked with us to make something I hope we'll love out of pieces we already had. That's service.

Wow, wow, WOW!!! Richard and his team have done it again!!! This is the 2nd time my wife and I have had the pleasure of dealing with with Kurtis Sales. Not only did Richard design and make my wife's wedding ring, he just completed her 5 year band (yes gents, this is a thing) and it was no easy feat. It was a complete custom job and they absolutely nailed it! My wife and I are extremely happy we found Kurtis Sales as they are professional, courteous, and very thoughtful of peoples needs. We had an engagement ring from my Grandma cleaned and restored at Kurtis Sales Ltd. It is so beautiful and shiny now! We decided to have a custom wedding band made to go with the engagement ring, and we absolutely love the beautiful ring Kurtis Sales made for us. Using our "inspiration pictures", the designer made a custom band that exceeded our expectations and sits perfectly with the engagement ring, making them look like a set. We are so happy with our experience and highly recommend Kurtis Sales!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Richard and his team! Prior to knowing Richard, my fiance and I got engaged. He got me a beautiful ring and I loved but I started to notice that the quality of the ring was not corresponding with what was on the gemology info card. I saw a big black spot in my ring and for the price, it wasn't right. We got Richard to look at the ring and he could see right away that the quality was poor. He offered us some options that were not only beautiful but had amazing quality and at a cheaper price. I am OBSESSED with my ring and it's been two years since I got it and I am still in awe of it. In addition to my engagement ring, we got our wedding bands through Richard as well and now I am even more stunned by the quality, pricing, options he offered and the quick turnaround. Richard has become a friend to us, he is extremely trustworthy, honest and there is zero stress when you leave things in his hands. I thought finding a ring would be stressful but he makes the whole process enjoyable and easy. I have now sent people to also get engagement rings through him and of course, he provided impeccable service and results. Start-to-finish excellent service. With only 7 weeks before the wedding, Cindy helped us design, build and deliver 2 custom wedding rings. My husband wanted to combine his parents' rings to make a brand new one using a design Kurtis Sales hadn't seen before. Not only did they rise to the challenge but the end result was stunning. As for my ring, Cindy let me know 2 days before pick up that my center diamond had chipped and so she replaced it with a diamond that was similar but of a higher quality/value - free of charge! Cindy was honest and attentive to our needs without ever pressuring us to do something we weren't okay with. I can't recommend Kurtis Sales enough!!!!

Great experience working with Kurtis Jewellers for an engagement ring. Cindy, Natalya, and Sarah were all great to work with during the design and quoting of the ring. They took the time to help educate me to make a purchase I would be very happy with. The ring was ready when they said it should be, and the quality was exactly what I was expecting.

I highly recommend this company for anyone interested in a unique and custom ring. I had originally come to the store with my boyfriend in the hopes of getting a salt and pepper kite diamond. The ring I was proposed to with was perfect. Unfortunately I did run into some issues that required additional visits to the store. Regardless of these setbacks they were always professional and worked with me to fix any issues. Today I picked up my ring for hopefully the last time and it's absolutely perfect in every detail. I would personally like to thank Natalya working with me and my fiance over these last couple months.
