★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a massage at Waterloo Wellness because I had severe shoulder pain and inflammation that wasn’t going away. Jessica was amazing, her massage really made my pain go down from 10 to maybe a 4, and I even had the courage to go to a Yin class that day when I couldn’t even think to move before going for the massage! She also offers great advice and is very knowledgeable about the body. Feeling really good also the next day and hopeful about my healing! Will definitely be returning here ☺️
