It truly helped me work through the trauma I experienced. I would highly recommend this process and Gulin to anyone who has experienced any kind of trauma or grief and is looking for a way to soften those raw emotions to be able to work through what has happened.

After experiencing one of the toughest years of my life I was searching to get help and I found the traditional talk therapy wasn’t helping as it usually has in the past with hard times I would go through. She is both professional and personable and creates a safe space and atmosphere in order to share and receive wisdom and support and therapeutic solutions to move forward in life. When attending my EMDR therapy with Gulin, I wasn't sure what to expect but kept an open mind. Walking into the sessions I would feel anxious and nervous but by the end I was relieved and empowered.
